What Monitoring Does for You

24/7 Uptime Checks
Day and night, from several locations, we check your site at intervals of 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
SMS Alerts
An SMS reaches you the instant your site goes down, so you hear about it before your customers.
WhatsApp Notifications
On Premium, alerts also arrive on WhatsApp, which is how Kenyan business owners are reached fastest.
SSL Expiry Alerts
You are warned 30 days and 7 days before an SSL certificate runs out, so visitors never meet a security warning.
Incident History
Every outage is logged with its duration, cause and time to resolve, so there is a clear record.
Performance Graphs
Follow response times over weeks and months, and spot a slowdown before it turns serious.

Monitoring Questions

As soon as our system sees that your site is down, it alerts you on the channel you picked: email, SMS or WhatsApp. Before sending, it confirms the outage from several locations, so you are not troubled by false alarms.

Checks run from several locations around the world before any alert goes out. When just one location reports a failure, we wait until it is confirmed, which cuts false positives a great deal.

Yes. Add as many sites as you need; each one is billed on its own. With 5+ sites you get 10% off, and with 10+ sites 15% off. Get in touch to talk through what you need.

Premium comes with a hosted status page, for example status.yoursite.co.ke, where your customers see the uptime history of your site in real time. It is especially useful for SaaS products and online shops.

Yes. Standard and Premium watch HTTP/HTTPS endpoints, API endpoints and SSL or domain expiry, and we can talk about custom checks for things like login pages, checkout flows or API responses.

You receive an "all clear" message on the same channels as the downtime alert, telling you how long the outage lasted in total.
