A website that wins the confidence of donors, with online giving, project galleries, transparency reports and content in more than one language, on fast, affordable hosting from a Kenyan company.
See Plans Ask for a QuoteWhether you are a community-based organisation in Kisumu or an international NGO with a regional office in Nairobi, your website should do justice to what you achieve.
Most NGOs need nothing more than a standard shared plan, and organisations running several programmes can move up at any time.
When a funder is weighing up your organisation, someone will look at your website before reading the proposal. For small and medium organisations it is often the first independent check anyone carries out, and it is read with more scepticism than you might think.
The things they look for are specific, and none of them is hard to supply:
No hosting feature delivers any of this. It is what the hosting is there to support, and it separates a site that strengthens an application from one that quietly weakens it.
Reports end up linked in proposals, quoted by partners and bookmarked by funders, and sometimes nobody follows the link until years later. Two habits stop those links from breaking.
Give every report a fixed, descriptive address, for example /reports/annual-report-2026, and leave it unchanged. If you restructure the site later, redirect the old address to the new one instead of letting it fail. Funders notice when a link in your own proposal leads nowhere.
Keep file sizes reasonable. A photo-heavy annual report can reach 40MB without much effort, and plenty of readers will give up waiting for it. Exported properly, the same report is usually under 5MB and looks identical on screen.
